The Toltec Masteries as taught by don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements", are the foundation of Rita's teaching. As one of don Miguel's original apprentices, she has worked closely with him for 10 years, co-facilitating numerous workshops and power journeys to sacred sights throughout the world; in service to actualizing the love that is our human essence.

By illuminating the hidden interactions of belief and emotion, she assists with the reintegration of the emotional body into a balanced harmony with the mental and physical. By unlocking the beliefs at a subconscious level, she can reflect the other at the level of truth that promotes a life stance of authenticity.
